Tricia leads the Varria Group’s client experience strategy, ensuring a consistent, client-first approach at every stage of the client journey. Drawing on client feedback and staff insights, she drives continuous improvement to strengthen client loyalty and create standout client experiences.
She also leads the Group’s marketing strategy, supporting organic growth and brand development. Tricia brings marketing experience spanning FMCG, education, and financial services, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Outside of work, Tricia spends her time with her husband and three sons and is always planning their next trip away.
