Clare Sanderson

Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary

My focus is to ensure Varria achieves both it’s short and long term strategic goals. I work towards this, by always striving for the best – in the people I work with, in the business and in myself.

As Chief Operating Officer, Clare is the glue that holds everything together. She splits her time between practice management, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and the firm’s finances. Clare has worked for Varria for over 17 years. She is known for her ability to execute a plan and see it through to fruition. 

In her personal time, Clare enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, travel and cake decorating.

Clare is a Varria shareholder.

Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors
