National Operations Leader / Group Company Secretary
My focus is to ensure the Varria group of business achieve their short and long term strategic goals. I work towards this, by always striving for the best – in the team I work with, in the Varria Group of business and in myself – I hold myself accountable.
As the National Operations Leader, Clare is responsible for empowering and guiding the Group Operations Team to drive alignment and continued growth. Clare overseeing all mergers and acquisition activities within the group. This means continuing to work closely with internal teams while balancing all stakeholder expectations, including the M&A Committee, legal teams, and financial evaluators. This balance ensures that each transaction aligns with the Group’s goals and complies with regulations.
Clare is Company Secretary for the group and works with the Board and Shareholders to ensure clear communication between all parties.
Clare has been with Varria since 2008 and is a shareholder.
