Jade first joined the business in 2021, bringing a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Service Manager, Jade plays a key role in ensuring that every client interaction is smooth, timely, and tailored to individual needs.

In 2023, Jade took a career break to travel overseas, gaining new perspectives and a deeper appreciation for the importance of clarity and connection in all forms of communication. Returning to Varria, Jade brings fresh insight and renewed energy to her role—driven by a genuine passion for enhancing the client experience at every touchpoint.

Outside of work Jade enjoys camping, reading and artistic projects.
