Alice leads Varria’s Insurance and Estate Planning team, bringing 18 years of experience in financial services, including 10 years as a risk adviser. In her leadership role, she is responsible for setting strategic direction, developing team capability, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice and service across the insurance and estate planning functions.

Alice is passionate about building efficient, systemised operations and implementing emerging technologies to enhance client service and streamline internal processes. Her strong foundation in risk advice and operations enables her to balance innovation with practical execution.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with her two adult children and preparing feasts for family gatherings. She keeps active with hiking, pilates, and golf.

Alice has been with Varria since 2018 and is a shareholder.
